Once I started reading this book, I couldn't put it down. It isn't the best-written book ever, but it is a perfect beach read. It is all about moms who meet at the playground and become close friends, practically like sisters. It is set against the backdrop of the sixties so the history makes the book interesting and a little different than other girlfriends books. It would be an awesome book club book for a woman's group.
