I love these multi vitamins because they are easy to swallow and do not upset my stomach. I used to buy one a day womens multi vitamins but would get sick after taking them for some reason. I have not had this problem at all with the nature made softgels and I have been taking them for a few years now. Nature made also offers a rewards program where you can earn points with purchases enter them on the website and get free vitamins.

I like these vitamins because they are easy to swallow on the first try and have all the vitamins that I feel are important.
