This a very good, mid priced olive oil. Good for everyday use

We love the slightly fruity taste and reasonable price of California Olive Ranch Everyday California Fresh Extra Virgin Olive Oil! It will eventually solidify under refrigeration, which is a good sign that it is authentic, (at least mostly) unadulterated olive oil unlike a lot of the lower cost EVOO options available. The green bottle is a nice touch.
