The clothes are cheap because the quality is cheap. There sizes are off and they really cater to teenagers, not the quality of clothing that I'm interested in. If you're looking for disposable clothing, then I guess they're great!

My girls love this store but I hate it......there are 6-8 "kids" working at the store but only one will be on the register while the others chat and there are more than 5 people waiting in line. The clothes are not good quality and they wont take a return even if the item is defective which we have run into several times. I cant wait until my girls decide the store is not "cool" anymore......

they have a lot of variety but the clothing is very cheap and I feel like I am too told to wear most stuff and I am 27.

Trashy! The store is messy. The styles are trashy! The clothes are so cheap and do not last!

I do not like Forever21. It's a knock off of top designers. The stores are always overwhelming and the product quality is super cheap and doesn't last long. And I can't leave a review without talking about their crappy return/exchange policy.

I am 38 and I cannot fit into any of these clothes. When I was younger and could, the clothes were a bit pricey and made very cheap. The shirts were thin and when washed once they looked like a rag. The stores now are sooooo big its overwhelming trying to look at things. The checkout lines are long and not worth standing in line for.

love the prices....hate the quality. It is usually really cheap clothing. I stopped shopping here after the huge sweat shop controversy. The settled and outsourced to another country where they pay women cents. I know, "What company doesn't!?" Still, I felt too guilty to back here, and like I said, the quality of the clothing was not all that.

It may be "fashionable," but the quality shows. You can feel how cheap the materials are without even trying products on. Friends of mine that go there often point out all the girls that are wearing their products when we are out. Clothes that are overproduced and recognizable as cheapo at a glance = not classy. Jewelry is so fake and tacky, I wouldn't be caught dead in 99% of it. To make matters worse, there are multiple stores in my city and stepping into one is a stressful experience. Too many people, hour-long waits for the dressing rooms, disorganization. It's like a Black Friday Sale all day long. Last time I was in there, my friend had the last pair of these shoes and 4 different women came up to us asking where she got them, and if she was going to keep them. For cheap and stylish, I'd recommend H&M. It's a little more pricey but much nicer in my opinion.

I like the store and some of their clothes but the majority of the clothes i have from there got holes in them after about 3 times of wearing them. I dont know if i will be back any time soon...id rather spend a little extra money and have my clothes last for than 3 wears

My friends LOVE who are in their 20s this store however im not really a fan. It is super messy I feel like i am at a yard sale!! also it is made for the younger crowd I think (I am 22). its okay if you are looking for cheep going out clothes for the weekend or for high schoolers.

forever 21 is a skinny store if you are not a size 1-4 you will not like!!

Oh, and not to mention that the sales associates at the location near me are less than friendly, and their stores are generally overcrowded and a complete MESS. I don't know what the ladies there do half of the time, but the stores are almost impossible to move around in comfortably because of the crowded racks with stuff EVERYWHERE- on the floor, out of place, etc. Don't they recover at night? Just saying.

The quality is incredibly poor and the styles borderline on tacky. I work in the apparel industry and from a view point of production, this company really doesn't practice responsibility (socially or environmentally). They just push for sales and profit margins. There's no originality and they are constantly being slapped with lawsuits. Your money is better spent investing in clothes and with companies that strive to improve global standards and domestic economy. Think long-term vs short-term people. What good is a top if you have to throw it out in a few weeks? Bad for the enviroment, bad for the economy, and you are contributing to substandard labor practices.

I loved it when I was younger, but like others have mentioned the sizes run small, and being a larger busted girl (even when I was a size 6), hardly anything in there fit me. After having a kid, there's no way I could ever wear anything they sell anymore. The accessories are cute though.

Stores are all over and have extremely trendy stuff of very low quality - perfect if you just want to wear something a few times or for a party. Accessories are also junky, but serve a purpose if you need something quick. Stores are super messy and poorly organized, and I've noticed the prices are getting higher without any increase in quality. Sizing is also all over the place.
