I found this movie to be painful to watch because it was so boring. Thank God I didn't pay for it and got it through Netflix.

Not a great movie. I'd pass

Way to sad for me

My kids loved the talking dogs. I loved the sweet message. But trying to mix an adult theme with a kids movie didn't work for me. It was mostly boring to me.

I took a 7 year old and a 5 year old to see it and it sort of frightened them. The villain is a super villain and pretty intimidating. The 5 year old asked me to cover her eyes when he appeared. The old man and the boy were adorable, as was Doug the Dog, but the rest of the dogs were way over the top (if your child even has a mild fear of barking dogs, this will scare the snot out of them as it did to my 7 year old). The thunderstorm scene and some of the more intense music was also a little off-putting for the kids. I think part of the problem was that it was just played way too loudly! Overall, though, the plot was good and the storyline was entertaining. I would not rank it as a top Disney movie (and I have seen and own them all...), but it was good.

It was a cute movie! Our whole family enjoyed it. :)

rented it with intentions on watching with my small children, too hard to follow and scary!

I loved this movie and will watch it again. however my 3 year old is not so fond of it. didn't keep his focus like most animations do...

Cute, beautiful and funny movie but I found it to be a little depressing.

Loved the different story line that Pixar and Disney has come up with for this movie UP. Its nothing like what is out there and if your tired of repeats this is a great movie to sit down and watch with your family. My husband enjoyed it as well I think more so than I did.

Although the movie was decent, I just think overall it was not a great movie. It moved slowly, and was just not as interesting as it could have been.

This was an ok movie.

Dreamworks always has great animations, but I feel like the move was a bit pointless
