I did not care for this movie at all. The plot sucked and all it was was action/fight scenes. I'm a huge fan of action movies but not when the plot suffers because of it

i am not going to lie this was a good movie, and usaly i don't get all feminist on movies but..... dispite the fact that it passes bechdel test, the story line is pretty sexist.... the daughter lives, becouse she is a virgin, and the friend dies cuz she is a slut.... its no biggie alot of films do this but its worth noting... but the action was good, like the come back to the singing lesson at the end and what not,

This movie was great...I loved the whole story and the suspense...I had been waiting forever to see this...it's a really sad story...but a great one...the only annoying parts were just random cheesy one-liners...

This was a great movie. I bacame a fan of Liam Neeson after seeing this movie. This had alot of great action.

I loved this movie. I thought that Liam Neeson did a very good job playing the bad ass ex agent. This movie shows very well how far a parent will go to protect their child. Or in the worst case, rescue their child from harm. I thought that it was very action packed and kept you on the edge of your seat. If you like action movies like I do then you will love this movie.

Liam Neeson does a great job playing a former bodyguard and father who is looking for his abducted daughter. Famke Janssen plays his hateful ex-wife. Her acting is great, so much so that it makes you want to slap her. You will also want to slap Maggie Grace, but for a different reason. Grace does a horrible job acting like a seventeen-year-old. She wears clothes an eleven-year-old would wear and runs like an idiot. I guess that is the way she thinks teenage girls run. I was so glad when she was abducted because she was getting on my nerves. Her acting was getting so bad that I felt like turning the movie off, but after she was "taken" the rest of the movie was great. This movie is filled with intense action, and it doesn't take a break until the end. Then you have to deal with Grace's obnoxious acting again. The ending didn't feel right to me either, but over all I really enjoyed this movie.

I was pleased with this movie. Very action packed and fast-moving. Keeps your attention. Liam Neeson does a great job as a quick thinking wicked mean ex-agent out to save his daughter after she is kidnapped. He is cool as a cucumber and does surprising things in the adventure. It actually was very current and believable. The movie was much better than we were expecting and this will be one that we purchase on DVD to watch again.

Great action and great suspense. Very unpredictable and kept you on the edge of your seat. However, there were many unrealistic moments. Overall, men would love it. Women, maybe not as much.

I agree, this movie ended up being better than I thought it would be. Fast paced with enough action and a story line to keep it from being too much action.

Awesome movie very suspensful love Liam Neeson and Amazing actor

We just saw this movie last week and loved it. The only complaint we had was he kept killing the people who could give him information. It was action packed and had some unexpected twists.
