Marie Callender's key lime pie
For this recipe you will also need: Parchment paper, a cookie tray, a small plastic lid (approximately 5"-6" in diameter), a small cylinder (i.e., salt shaker), a piping bag, and a small bowl.
Line cookie sheet with parchment paper, and spray with oil. Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat, and add marshmallows. When the marshmallows have melted completely, stir in cereal. Spread mixture onto the lined cookie sheet. Press mixture evenly onto cookie sheet using a rubber spatula or with hands dipped in water. While still warm, use small plastic lid or cookie cutter to cut circles from the cereal mixture. Wrap circles around small cylinder to form the "cannoli" shells
Key Lime Filling:
In small bowl blend 3 slices Marie Callender's® Key Lime Pie (crust and filling) until smooth. Fill the pastry bag with pie mixture. Pipe mixture into centers of "cannolis". Enjoy!
