I love this! It's a cheap version of MAC matifying powder....I SWEAR! And only $3 at Target! MAC's is $36

I LOVE this foundation. It has a great shade for me and great coverage. It's smooth too. I apply it with the Studio Stipple Brush from e.l.f. to apply it and then I put a setting powder over top. The only complaints I have is that it is a little yellow in it's undertone and is perhaps a little cakey. If you blend it well and use powder with it, it looks amazing.
