I have recently been learning to love more fruits and veggies, what are some of your favorite meals that use fruits/vegetables that your family (or just you) love? Specifically I want to learn more uses for kale, spinach, and maybe even a really good vegetable soup. Any meal of the day recipe is welcome! Even a healthy remix on your favorite dishes would appreciated!

Hi chasingclifton if you love pasta i could recommend linguini pasta ,garlic,salt, pepper,chicken and thai basil and parmesan cheese .its really good for dinner .you can also substitutes cherry tomatoes for chicken .and if you want little bit spicy you can add tsp of dried chili flakes.

@chasingclifton. Sweet potatoes are very versatile, although a vegetable, they can be dessert( mashed with honey, butter and cinnamon), entree' (mashed with peppers, nuts and cheese) or as a side(peeled, cut into wedges, baked with olive oil, salt, pepper).... And the list goes on. You have made a great choice. Be creative. Enjoy.

You can spiralize zuchini and cucumbers to make fresh salads with your favorite dressing. I like to add chickpeas, olives, roasted red peppers and feta cheese.
