I have lots of questions on Air Fryer's can someone tell me what they make in their fryers and do you think you really save calories with this product?

I have made a few different things in mine. Shake and bake pork chops, catfish, and homemade chicken nuggets! I love it! I do think I save calories. Otherwise I would be using oil to deep fry.

I'm a little late but i would most definitely say that it cuts the calories dramatically!! Example, You literally just season your chicken, open the fryer basket and throw those suckers inside the basket and LET THE AIR FRYER DO ITS THING. Not a bit a bit of flour or oil is needed. Chicken still comes out tasting amazing and crispy. It's kinda scary how the food comes out as crispy and juicy as it does with nothing needed. Goodluck

I got the Air Fryer because I was sick to death of all the ways I knew how to make meat and veggies. I have not been disappointed with the new opportunities it has given me to try different styles of food. The quickness and ease is truly wonderful as well. My favorites to make have been, sweet potato fries, eggplant and chicken in all forms.

I finalIy bought a Ninja Foodi Grill about a month ago thinking I'd mostly use it for the grill part but it also bakes, roasts and has an air fryer. The first thing I used it for was air fried pork chops. I normally use Oven Fry coating so I coated the pork chops and in the directions it did say anything cooked in the air fryer would be crispier if I sprayed with non stick spray. I only had vegetable oil so I patted the tiniest bit on them. They were absolutely DELICIOUS !! Crispy, tender and juicy in 17 minutes. Since then I've air fried a turkey breast, rubbed a little oil into it and seasoned, it was the best turkey breast we've ever had. Crispy skin, flavor was delicious, tender, juicy. Because I'm experimenting with the other settings on my new "toy" the only other thing I've air fried is leftover chicken tenders and fries. They tasted like they were fresh cooked. I never thought I'd fall so in love with an appliance !

I got a little adventurous one day and wanted to try making lumpia in the air fryer.  It was amazing!  No oil - fried up crispy - I'll be doing this from now on.  No more standing at the stove with hot oil popping around - enjoy a delicious and healthy veggie filled lumpia roll anytime!

So far, I've only used the air fryer for frozen French fries, tater tots, and chicken nuggets. They do turn out much crispier than baking in the oven.
