I have a hard time spending money on myself so this year I am treating myself to my first facial and spa day! Also, I love yoga so I'd love to try a hot yoga class.

I would like to try yoga for at least 2 weeks to see what I think of it. If yoga doesn't work with my Osteoarthritis then maybe I can just work on stretching once a day.
