Its been two days and Its going fine. Like anything else your trying to accomplish, if you have a bad day or stray a bit from your goal just dust yourself off and get right back on track. My challange was to drink 5 bottles of water daily and also to write 10 things Im Im grateful for. I have tweaked the grateful to either do that or also try to do something for someone else or both. As I think doing for others does so much for yourself and also others needs or issues can certainly make you feel very grateful for where you are in life or should I say what issues you dont have!!😃

Goals for me in 2017 and ongoing....drink more water, less soda, lose 40 lbs, keep 40lbs off, get more restful sleep, eat better (going great so far since my husband has started the keto diet and hasn't stopped...that eating style is not for me) less processed foods, red meat and junk food, more veggies and smaller portions and less eating out, more steps each day, less "taking work home" and stressing over not being able to get it ALL done in one day...so far, 7 lbs gone (WOOHOO!!), work in progress on all the other goals, but I WILL tackle them and WIN!!!

I have a goal to go for long walks every evening with my husband. We both need more exercise and we both love walking so I'm hoping it's an achievable goal. #SheSpeaksChallenge

Today was my day off from the gym but I kept moving by cleaning my house and cooking a veggie dinner.

So far, so good. I'm actually eating more fruit, yogurt, etc. I've still got to work on getting more exercise. Neither of these are easy for me right now because I'm craving salty carbs. I've also been going out with my boyfriend to celebrate his birthday and over did it on the eating. Instead of a buffet though, he chose a regular steakhouse which helped me alot!

I started walking this year daily. i want to drink more water to balance my routine and exercise. Its tough if you dont have regular routine of exercise after 35. I am boosting myself daily... lets see.. Wish you all good luck for achieving your desired fitness goal friends !!
