I want to better prepare myself in the evenings. I hate waking up, feeling like the day is beginning and I can barely stay on top of my to--do's. It would be nice to sit at my dining room table and actually drink my coffee hot!

I am a mother of 3 children and one demanding husband. One of my challenges is stress eating. When it am up a lot throughout the night with the babies, my teenage daughter, my husband, or 2 dogs I tend to reach for candy, chips, or other unhealthy snacks though out the night. Which causes weight gain. So, my challenge is to control this snacking with a glass of chrystal light instead to see if I can drop all of the extra pounds. Especially since summer is coming.
