Be more intentional in how I spend my time and money. This includes not being in front of screens an hour before bedtime!

I am doing something similar. I have decided to do yoga on a daily basis and also incorporate cardio workouts 3 times a week! Working out releases endorphins in your brain and in turn makes you happier! Can't wait for increased energy and less stress! Good luck!

I have decided to start doing yoga on a daily basis to increase my energy levels and also to build endurance and strength. On top of that, I have also decided to incorporate a cardio workout three times a week. I will be waking up at 5am to complete my goals; no excuses! I look forward to having more energy and less stress! My goal is to lose 10 pounds before spring! Good luck ladies!

I have started doing planks. I started out with just 30 seconds (I know it doesn't sound like much) and I am challenging myself to get up to the highest minute amount I can. I also am challenging myself to learn to sew with a machine. I haven't sewn since I was in 7th grade many years ago. I want to teach myself something new every year for the rest of my life.
