Eat cleaner. Not so much packaged, prepared food and junk. More fruits and veggies!

I had my 10t baby in November. I have gained a lot of weight in the last year and my goal is to get back into my healthy eating and exercise routine. It's hard after I fell out of the habit. I plan to lose all the extra inches, and not pay attention to the weight since muscle gain cancels out the scale numbers. I have started blogging my activities to help hold me accountable for my actions. I look forward to becoming healthier for myself and for my family. I had my 10t baby in November. I want to maintain the weight I lost last year on the 28-day sugar/soy/gluten/dairy detox. I try to eat clean during the week - no or low-carb - vegan protein smoothies with spinach and almond butter that doesn't contain palm oil (killing orangutans for palm oil plantations; palm oil is in everything - Ritz, cosmetics, ice cream, etc.), and dinners like Turkey Picadillo, Buffalo turkey lettuce wraps, chicken fried rice, stuffed peppers.

I really want to challenge myself to drink more water. This has always been my major issue, even when I was pregnant. I heard there is an app that sends you ?drink water? reminders. I will be downloading that app and of course, I need to purchase a great water bottle to keep and refill all day.
