If you shop on either of those days, do you go for the sales or for the experience? Which stores are your favorites? If you avoid those days, why? When do you shop instead?

I shop online on Black Friday and Cyber Monday. It's too crowded to go to stores on those days.

I have shopped online Thanksgiving Day but not for Black Friday - either online or in store. This year; however, I am hell bent on making it out to at least one store to get the full Black Friday shopping experience lol! I can't believe I'm going to be 50 in February and have never experienced a Black Friday shopping event. Wonder if it is just as crazy at the stores that are open on Thanksgiving Day? I just think that Thanksgiving should be a day to spend with family and friends giving thanks ... I don't think any of the stores should start their Black Friday shopping sales until 5AM Friday morning.

I don't go out on Thanksgiving or Black Friday. I do shop online though. I mostly shop on Amazon with gift cards I have earned throughout the year

I've shopped on Thanksgiving and on Black Friday in the past. This was before kids. Now it's too crazy to try and bring all of them to the stores with me. Now, I usually just shop online.

I will possibly be going Black Friday shopping depending on how I do for time cooking & eating Thanksgiving Dinner for 10 of us. This would be the second time I have gone. I would be going to get good prices at Walmart and Best Buy.

I do all my shopping online I hate fighting the long lines and crowds .I do a lot of black Friday shopping on the computer getting great deals just like if I was in the stores.
