If you shop on either of those days, do you go for the sales or for the experience? Which stores are your favorites? If you avoid those days, why? When do you shop instead?

I have shopped Black Friday sales in the past but I prefer to shop from my computer now because things have gotten too crazy in stores. And I don't shop on Thanksgiving Day because I believe those employees should have the chance to be at home with their families and not having to work. Stores should be closed because shopping can wait but family can't!

I have attempted to do Black Friday two times in the past. I have realized that if I shop throughout the year, I can salvage my sanity and my wallet.

No way on the Black Friday... too crowded and stressful, plus the risk of crazy drivers in the parking lot. I'll do the tail-end of Thanksgiving Day deals and definitely some Cyber Monday shopping!

I only shop online. I don't see the point in leaving my house when I can order it online. Plus, I don't live by a lot of stores. I would literally have to drive the next state over for many of the places if I really wanted to shop in the physical stores anyway.
