Sadly I feel as if it is a audition for a spot on the hunger games while working as a Registered Nurse at my hospital. You have to learn to find your backbone fast in this profession for sure.

I have to say I agree. I find jealously is role factor. I myself support all woman in what they beleive and do.

Females need to support each other more. No competitions, just happiness for one another. Jealousy, envy & insecurities are not needed. Do better, push towards similar or higher goals & attain them. It feels nice to be acknowledged for a job well done, so do the same for others.

It doesn't surprise me that only 37% percent support one another. These days most women want to start drama instead of being positive and supporting friends with their decisions. Its a shame that we are like that.

We definitely need to form a strong united front by supporting each other in this man's world we live in. As time moves on we see family roles changing and jobs that once only men would do now there are women doing as well. We need to stand our ground that anything boys can do girls can do better. Lol Or at least equally as well.

I'm not surprised with the polling. As much as I would like to think that women are supportive of each other, I don't feel that we really are UNLESS its someone we know or relate to in some way.

Not as much as we should. We need to stop judging each other and be there for each other. The world judge is hell our men do why should we do it to ourselves
