Concealer recommendation

I have dry skin and was wondering if someone can recommend a good moisturizing concealer, if there is one. I tried a concealer awhile back that dried up the skin under my eyes and it was very irritating. Also, what are the main forms concealer comes in and the benefits of each one ie: cream, powder, gel, etc? Thanks for any advice and tips.

Tarte "shape tape concealer" works amazing you can get it at ULTA or SEPHORA. it is a little pricey but definitely worth it.

I love IT Cosmetics bye bye under eye concealer! It works really well for my skin and I have combo skin with it being more on the dry side most of the time. I get it from b-glowing.

I have recently been turned onto Tarte's Shape Tape and it works lovely, however I have combo/oily skin and I'm not sure how it would work on dry skin. They have a wide shade range which is helpful and can found at Ulta.
