What spring/summer food are you craving now that winter is almost done?

I live in a cold climate so I can't wait to start my garden. I most look forward to the tomatoes and greenbeans! Do you have a favorite food or better yet, favorite spring/summer recipe to share?

Tomatoes, strawberries, artichokes, corn. I can't waits for the SALES for all those burger and hot dog fixins.

I live in the south so it's usually pretty warm outside, even in winter. :S But I am waiting for the watermelons to become in season! They are so sweet and juicy! Hmm! I can't wait!

I can't wait for WATERMELON & FRESH PEACHES, & TOMATOES!!! I have a great recipe for peach cobbler. It's DELISH!!!!
