Our grand-daughter has been in our care since she has been 6 months old. I just returned from another state caring for my father-in-law for about 1 month. After two days being gone, she started to ignore me over the phone and skype, I figured I would have some serious sucking up to do with her. I just returned home, soon as I walked in the door my little Sweet-Pea gave me the hugest smile, squealed and ran so fast up to me. I received the biggest, strongest hug, like she was never going to let go my heart just melted. I wish I had this on video, I am able to rewind the moment in my mind that is so precious to me. I will never forget the memories of my return...:-)

I received a picture; it was my baby boys art. He explained it was: A heart, with the sun setting on it, he put my initials and his.

I was laying my 6 month old daughter down in my bed and I guess she decided she wanted to hold me. She buried her head in my side, wrapped her little arm across my torso and held on tight. It was the sweetest, adoring cuddle session I have ever participated in.
