What is your opinion of fake eyelashes?

Some people think they are too much, and look bad. Some people love lashes and would wear them everyday. When do you wear them? And when you do, are you wearing the natural lashes or dramatic ones?

My eyelashes are my obsession! I love drama, volume and thick dark lashes. I am very blessed in the lash department, but it's still not enough! I usually get lash extensions, very dramatic ones- because I love the 'plush' eyelash look. But, I let my eyelashes rest in between sets, because I've had them pulled out once by a very inexperienced beautician. When I am in between sets I don't use falsies- instead I use fiber lashes, there are some really great brands out there for fiber lash extensions. The one I use is by Younique, it's called Moodstruck 3D Fiber lashes. It's a really cool concept. They really give you the falsies look without having to glue anything on. I love drama in my lashes and this really does it for me while my lashes are recuperating from extensions. I have never had a problem with them irritating my eyes and they stay put until I'm ready to wash them off.

I wore fake eyelashes on my wedding day and I loved it...i thought they would suck and hurt or make me look like a clown but I actually really liked them! I haven't had a chance to really wear them again, but if they time comes and I want to look extra special, I will.

They are also great for special occasions if you just want to use the ones you put on by yourself- me I'm more of a lash-extensions kinda girl! I like a more semi-permanent thing. It makes it so I have one less think to to do in the morning!

Fake lashes are a lot of fun! I definitely only wear them for special events or to costume parties. For everyday use, I simply use mascara since that does the trick for me. As for the fake lashes, ones which are flowy and wispy are usually the most "natural looking" ones on me.

I think they are a bit much for everyday wear. Maybe I just feel that way because I like to look kinda natural. I have been wanting to try false eyelashes for special events though. I would wear the natural looking ones, just enough to thicken my lashes and add a tad bit of length.
