we eat a lot of filipino foods b/c my D-I-L is Filipino . I love chicken katsu pork adobo pork menudo (not made like mexican menudo) pork humba I'm partial to asian dishes but we also eat as much mexican food as we do asian food. We live on the border of Juarez and have a lot of hispanic influence in our food culture. I grew up on southern cooking so that goes into our food mix as well. My step son once said after spending a summer with us. " you guys sure eat internationally". that about sums up how we eat ! lol

What a hard choice. Each culture has food that so wonderfully fits into my taste palate while helping me to experience a part of their culture. I love the rich sauces of chinese food, chile rellanos and guacamole in some extraordinary Mexican cuisine... and I love Thai food with their coconut milk soups and curry dishes!!
