Whats your Favorite Ethnic food | SheSpeaks Discussions

I love Indian and Thai cuisine! For beginners I'd recommend Butter Chicken for Indian food and Pad Thai for Thai. For those a bit more adventurous, I'd recommend Chicken Tikka Masala or Vindaloo Chicken for Indian food and Yellow or Red curry for Thai. Also, Vietnamese Pho is so nice on a cold day. It's a wonderful soup with meat, rice noodles, light broth, with other optional additions like bean sprouts, onions and cilantro.

I couldn't just pick one. So, I narrowed it down to 3. Mexican (although in California it's hardly considered "ethnic"), Indian, and Mediterranian. Nom nom nom nom nom!

Mexican and Thai. My absolute favorite Thai dish is cashew chicken. I would recommend it to everyone, I have had it at different restaurants and though they are different they have all been delicious.
