I Typed in Gluten Free in Recipes, and saw a Bulgar Burger, Bulgar is wheat, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bulgur I have Celiac Disease and am always up for raising awareness...Wheat Free is a scary thing for us with Gluten intolerance, as Gluten is in many things, including Wheat, Barley, Rye, Oats (and hidden in many foods labeled as "modified food starch"...Thanks for Reading and Raising Awareness!!

You can have brown rice, quinoa. Nuts beans, and seeds are high in fiber. Eat vegetables and fruits, such as broccoli, spinach, apples, bananas, potatoes, celery, in addition to others.

I am a newbie to gluten free eating but I have had really bad reactions for years and just recently I was advised I could have a gluten intolerance. Being Italian and Russian (two nationalities huge into gluten filled products) how do I survive? Not to sound dramatic (although I kind of am) but it sounds miserable for me. HELP!
