I need to find an excellent red wine to serve at a formal tea. Most of the attendees prefer a desert wine, but The menu is a variety of finger sandwiches, and several tables of deserts. I'm not a wine expert and could use anyone's suggestion . thank you

I enjoy the Sweet Red Moscato by Barefoot as well. At Publix I found a new flavor by Barefoot called Rosa Red Blend that is my all time favorite. Check it out.

A "red" wine that is on the sweeter side is a Cranberry wine. It is really good if you put lemon in it! Yum

I'm not a huge sweet wine fan, but find that there are some German white wines which edge towards the sweeter palate. For afternoon tea with finger sandwiches, I am still a huge fan of bucks fizz (in the UK) / Mimosa (US!). While champagne is traditional, I prefer mine with a Prosecco as it isn't quite as dry
