I'm a little in love with my immersion blender. Seriously, I use it at least once a day! What are your favorite appliances?

Is a counter top oven (infra & convection) a "small appliance"? It's fast, HOT and so energy efficient. Love the browning. But, what do I use the most? The food processor, definitely: It's a whiz for almost all my baking recipes and nothing beat it for shredding and slicing large amounts, or problematic stuff like cheese (so sticky!) and onions (so caustic to grate).

My hand mixer and immersion blender. Both go-tos when I need a quick tool to help me in the kitchen.

My favorite small appliance is my Keurig. I can cozy up to a hot cup of tea, cocoa, apple cider or coffee anytime with no worries of having to clean a coffee pot or turning on the stove to boil water.
