I have two rascally English Bull Terriers who are the light of my life. Both of them have the funniest characters and always keep me laughing. My oldest is a female who is 9 years old, and my male is her son. He is 7 years old. It is always nice to have them greet me at the door at the end of a long work day. They are like my children.

I have a gerbil and she is a bunch of love for my whole family. She is in a bigger space than I first saw her in the store. I think she is happier.

I have a dog named Bella also. Bella Mia is a 125lb Great Pyranees/Bull Mastiff/Rotty mix. She is the light of my life :) My mother has her mother & my aunt has her father, so i knew she was mine since she was born & I picked her out.

Glad you are enjoying your new furkid, and your Mom, her grand-doggy. We have two cats here, one of whom we rescued. We feel well rewarded with the love abounding from the rescue kitty - feel soo very lucky.

we have many that were adopted when I retired from rescue. My daughter has a beagle/shepherd mix she uses as her ptsd/anxiety service dog. He is her second one because we had to give her poodle away when her father left us, she lost him and I lost two of mine as well but at the time it was the only decision we could make. We still had a few at home including her deaf/blind dachshund she got when she was 5, and we lost her this year at 20 years old. My other daughter has a basset she is training, and I have a standard wirehair dachshund who is my anxiety/diabetes dog, and penny a mini chocolate longhair dapple we rescued from a byb. we recently added another double dapple mini dachshund who is sight and hearing impaired but she is turning into a great ptsd dog all on her own! We have a male red smooth who is "just a pet" and a shih tzu dachshund who is also just a cuddle buddy. I train my own dogs, I am licensed through the AKC for the canine good citizen trainer/evaluator.

My kids have had many different kinds of pets and I have taken over the care of most of them. In fact all the animals think they are mine
