Chocolate Tomato Soup Cake / Cupcakes

Makes: 18 Servings

Description: Easy, moist, and versatile!

Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup  Flour
2 cup  Sugar
3/4 cup  Cocoa
2 tsp  Baking Soda
1 tsp  Baking Powder
1 tsp  Salt
2  Eggs
10 3/4 can  Condensed Tomato Soup
1 cup  Buttermilk or sour milk
1/2 CUP  Oil
1 tsp  Vanilla

Instructions: Sift together flour, sugar, coca, baking soda, and baking powder
Add salt, eggs, tomato soup, buttermilk, oil and vanilla. Beat on medium speed for 6 minutes.
Pour into a greased and floured 9x13in pan or 2 round cake pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 mins. (start checking after 30 mins if making rounds)
For cupcakes: reduce baking time to 15 to 20 mins.
To Check Them Insert wooden toothpick into the center, if it comes out clean they're done!
Frost with your favorite frosting recipe! Cream cheese vanilla was my choice!
