Easy, moist, and versatile!
1 3/4 cup
10 3/4 can
Condensed Tomato Soup
Buttermilk or sour milk
Sift together flour, sugar, coca, baking soda, and baking powder
Add salt, eggs, tomato soup, buttermilk, oil and vanilla. Beat on medium speed for 6 minutes.
Pour into a greased and floured 9x13in pan or 2 round cake pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 mins. (start checking after 30 mins if making rounds)
For cupcakes: reduce baking time to 15 to 20 mins.
To Check Them Insert wooden toothpick into the center, if it comes out clean they're done!
Frost with your favorite frosting recipe! Cream cheese vanilla was my choice!
