Clean and cut carrots in half. In a large pot fill with water until carrots are covered . Boil carrots until soft. Let carrots cool in the water their boiled in. Next pour half carrots into blender, blend until pureed. Repeat steps for the other half of carrots in water. Put in pitcher. Add nutmeg, condensed milk, sugar, and let refrigerate for two hours. Top with vanilla ice cream an cinnamon.
