Makes: 1 1 lb
Description: This mouth watering bread pudding would be perfect after a Sunday dinner
Ingredients:
12 slices of bread
3 tsp flour 1 1/2 sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp rose water
1 tsp cinnamon power
1tsp nutmeg
2 eggs
1/4 jamaca white rum
a dash of red label wine
butter
almond peanuts raisin
Instructions:
Grease the baking tin
In a small mixing bowl butter the slices of bread then break them up in small pieces
Put all dry ingredients together leave a small amount of the nuts
Beat eggs melt 1 tsp butter mix all wet ingredients together with sugar
Mix wet ingredients then pour it on the dry ingredients let it set for five minutes
Preheat oven 350 sprinkled remaining nuts bake 25-30 mins
Serve with ice cream
A colorful cookies swirled with color. The trio consists of red cinnamon, green mint, or brown chocolate.
