I love the part with Marisa Renee Lee talking about grief. We've had a hard year, and that really helped.

Hi! This was my first podcast ever! And my first podcast with the SheSpeaksTeam! I loved it! It was a great way to start my morning, while drinking my coffee. The Summary of 2022 had some great highlights such as tips on anxiety and how are past can creep into our present states of being (I can relate!). I also caught a comment that I held onto from one of the women stating, we usually have to do a lot of things we don't love in life for Ed a while, to find what we do, or at least that's my interpretation. I can't wait to explore more of the podcasts! You have my 5 ⭐
