Thanks for the good info, need to look into more about you said black cohosh could be bad for you. Thanks for the good info.
I was just officially "diagnosed" with menopause this year after a year without periods and a second blood test which measured follicle stimulating hormone, but I had to ask them to do that when I was having other bloodwork done. I also feel like I learned more about side effects of menopause from reading an article in Oprah magazine than I did from my actual doctor.
book sounds kind of interesting.
Why is there so little information about menopause?? Thank you for writing this book! I've read a few chapters already and it's given me a lot to think about
dr guntr rocks

Menopause is a experiencing but I can overcome it
So much information is not talked about. So wonderful to know there is a book that will help. So grateful
THIS BOOK LOOKS GREAT! I CAN'T WAIT TO READ IT!
I have stopped having regular periods so I would love to win a copy of this book to know what all is coming.
Although I'm not menopausal yet, very good information I'll use in a few years.
Menopause has been the most difficult change that I have ever had to go through. Between gaining weight, my weight shifting places on my body, night sweats, day sweats, and everything else that goes along with it, I think this book will be a welcome addition to any woman experiencing these symptoms.
This provides imperative information that most, if not all of us can take away with us and will be relevant at one point or another.
Menopause is exhausting! Up, down, bloated, hungry, sleepy, restless, swollen, hot, sweaty, and just plain crabby. All the dwarves, smurfs, sensations, and emotions rolled into years of just wishing it was over :)
I think that too often women think that it will be the same for everyone - not so!
I just started surgical menopause in January at the age of thirty five I am unable to take hormone replacement therapy so learning more from this book sounds great 😊 if I don't win it I'm still going to buy it!! What a wealth of knowledge. I just saw it while shopping at target 🎯 and I thought to myself this looks great!
