I walk 3 + miles everyday seven days a week ever since my husband was tragically killed in an auto accident. It helped me with my grief, and sadness. Now it helps there too but it also helps my heart and my general physicalness it's much stronger. I would wear these on my daily walks when it gets colder and yes even snowier.
