I use social media for news (twitter) and to keep in touch with distant friends (Facebook).
I've backed off social media during quarantine, gotten way too negative and had an impact on my mental well being
Take more time to have days out with my daughter.
I'd like to improve my mindfulness and be more focused daily!
I am grateful for spending much more time with family during the quarantine, but we're getting to a point where the kids need structure and their routines again. I think they are getting tired of us. I am nervous about the second wave coming in the fall.
I find playing tennis very fulfilling, so I want to improve my tennis skills!
I use social media to connect with far away friends and make new ones. I don't work outside the home so it's my connection to the outside world.
I use social media to keep in touch with family and friends as well as entering giveaways and sweepstakes.
The only social media I use is Facebook. I feel like it's the most useful. It keeps me up to date on news and what's going on in the world and let's me keep in touch with friends and family who I don't get to see often.
I use social media to keep up with family members.
Social media and binge watching my shows on streaming sites has been the only things getting me through this.
I use social media to stay in touch with family, to find giveaways, and to find deals, recipes and information.
I use social media very little. Mostly I get inspiration for crafts and cooking using Pinterest.
I would like to improve how active I am and how I cope with stress (or don't). I find that having goals in things that interest me and meeting them are satisfying to me and fulfulling. I find reading very fullfilling too because it always teaches me something.
I look at social media as a way of knowing how people that are on my friends list are doing as many of them do not return phone calls or texts as they always say they are to busy. If I message my friends on Facebook or Instagram however I always get a reply. I am feeling lonely and depressed and always exhausted even if I had enough sleep the night before. I worry all the time about catching the virus as I have no one to help care for me and am afraid of dying and leaving my parents behind as no one will care for them once I am gone. I never in a million years thought that the United States would have to deal with a situation this dire and hope that the scientists come up with a solution ASAP.
