With the Philip Pasta Maker, you can personalize your pasta at the push of a button. You pick the ingredients you want to use and the pasta shape you want to make. You can use any flour, such as wheat, spelt, rice or lentil flour and add in juices, herbs and spices. Then turn that into a variety of shapes, including penne, fettuccine, or lasagna/dumplings. Our kids were amazed when we served up a rainbow pasta bar of red shells (beetroot), orange macaroni (carrot) and green spaghetti (spinach). It was all incredibly delicious!
