Some of those numbers seem very high. I disagree with the percentages. I agree with the concepts.
I agree with pretty much all of them!
I completely agree with all of these.
I like to read reviews as well.
I agree with consulting product reviews before purchase, I rarely purchase anything without at least reading reviews on it.
I mostly agree, but I tend to listen to friends/family more so that reviewers. I want to really know the person actually used the product/service.
I'm surprised that so many people trust reviews on blogs. I don't trust/believe them because I feel like the blogger has been paid to write the review and therefore it's biased. I would trust a friend's review on a social network much more or the review of someone I don't know on Amazon, etc
Yes, I check out product reviews and the ultimate decision is based on that along with research.
I agree with all of it, I always research whatever I am buying and there are times I will stay away from a product if the product has consistently negative reviews.
Yes totally agree!! I always look at the reviews on products before I consider purchasing them.
I am not sure about the 92% trust reviews, I would like to know if that was broken down into verified purchasers or not. I do not trust reviews if they were done in response to getting a freebie or if they are not verified as a purchaser, exception for some is if it is critical one warning others of the product, then I can see it being someone not verified but wanting to help others not go through a bad experience.
I agree! I read reviews, knowing that some reviews are posted by people trying to up the review rate, so I am careful about what specifically they are saying about the product and then decide for myself.
Of course product review is what we will automatically scroll down to after we found an item and become intrigued. When a product receives 5 or more stars the item we want will be purchased, why? well because it has 5 or more stars but as the competitive market increases how valuable are those 5 starred reviews? As a person who made purchases based on 5 starred reviews even when I didn't like the product I can now say just go with what you mind, body and money can all agree on.
I agree with these. I generally look at reviews of items before I purchase them. A coupon for a free or heavily discounted item also helps with me trying new things.
I kinda agree. I read the reviews and decide or take time to think about it. The one thing I don't do is buy anything that a celebrity is pushing.
