When my dad was deployed overseas he found out he was able to take a quick trip home for Thanksgiving. He flew 23 hours just to be with us for one day, and then flew 23 hours back. He now lives across the country and if I ever need him, he doesn’t hesitate to drop everything and hop on a plane. - Melissa
My grandfather helped me buy my first car when I was 17 and always changed my oil and helped maintain the car for me. I liked spending that time with him and to a 17-year-old with her first car, it meant a lot to me! - Stephanie
My husband, Drew, has been drawing some cartoons of my daughter Franny occasionally - and posts them on the Instagram page he created for her called frannypancakes. She loves seeing the drawings of herself and it's really sweet for me to remember some of our funny moments with her. - Emily

My dad has been generous and giving in times of need
My husband has raised three wonderful young men. He mentors boys without father figures in their lives and volunteers coaching football and baseball. He's loved by all our grandchildren and loves to babysit them!
When i was younger my dad took me on a beautiful vacation in Seattle I had the time of my life with my dad he is like my best friend
My husband is the greatest dad ever! His selflessness is never ending to make sure my daughters and I are never without anything! Love him to infinity and beyond.
When I was tiny, my father would always put me on his shoulders even though he knew I was terrified. My husband knows this, and because it's important to me, he always makes sure our daughters know they have the right to say no? to shoulder rides, tickles, affection. I know they feel safe with him 💗
He loves our children with all his heart and more. He would do anything to protect them fiercely and give them the best of what he can provide.
My Father was always there for me and I miss him.
My dad has just always been there for me whenever I might need him. Even when he lived overseas for work he was always there by phone to answer any question I might have.
He has always been there for me.
My dad is so generous. He has helped us in the purchase and sale of a house, which has made the world of a difference.
Dad's are the backbone of the family!
When i was growing up.. my dad used to have tea parties with me and we used to have fun .. i am the oldest out of my sisters so he taught me how to take apart a bike and put it back together differently. He dealt with me being a tom boy and after he passed away when i was 12 yrs old. My step dad stepped into his place helping my Mom to raise me and my sisters.. I believe us as parents need to set a good example for our kids.. Even tho i lost my Dad.. I can definitely say, My step dad did quite good.. #MissYouDad
Even though my parents divorced when I was 4 and I only saw my dad every other weekend, my dad has ALWAYS been there for me. As an adult living over 8 hours away, I know I can call my dad any time and he will do whatever he can to help me!
My dads been gone a long time but he was always the best whenever we were sick he'd set us up on the couch with the tv and make us eggs and English muffins
