mushroom and sour cream chicken with brown rice
I make cranberry crunch!
I love making pork chili for a Fireworks night down at my mom's house by the beach. 3-4 lbs of pork (I use the leanest cut since I hate to trim fat and it's quicker) 2 cans of El Pato and 1 can of regular tomato sauce (if you like it spicy, you can do 3 cans of the El Pato .. less spicy, 2 regular tomato sauce and 1 El Pato) 1 small can of chiles cumin and garlic powder (I use/sprinkle a ton of cumin .. you can do to your preference) Brown the pork, drain the fat. Add to a pot with tomato sauces, chiles and sprinkle more cumin. Simmer covered for several hours on low (meat will be very tender). We make pork chili burritos with this mixture, but it's fine just out of a bowl/cup. Sprinkle grated cheese. Refried beans (if you're making burritos). Whatever you want .. this is an easy and tasty meal.
I like to make Rice Krispies Treats with Fruit Loops!
