You can even make this taco casserole in advance so you can just reheat at dinner time. Check out the recipe here.
For a healthy but sweet dish, try this Chicken Teriyaki. SheSpeaks member mvalenzuela makes hers with broccoli, carrots & green beans but you can use whatever veggies you prefer. Unlike most teriyaki dishes, this one isn't a stir-fry, so you don't have to be watching it on the stove the whole time it is cooking. Try it here.
Thanks to SheSpeaks member Lizzie21 for submitting this versatile meal that both kids and adults will love. You can even serve these Sloppy Joes as sliders at your next party. Make them with turkey meat and pair them with a salad if you want to go the healthier route, or use ground beef and serve with fries if you don't! Find all the info here.
For a vegetarian option that will fill you, try Pasta with Vegetables & Goat Cheese. Once again, you can use your favorite veggies, but SheSpeaks member emimorgan recommends including fresh corn if you can get it. It's a delicious, refreshing meal. Find the recipe here.
Chili usually takes a long time to simmer, which is why we love this recipe submitted by SheSpeaks member Suehna - it takes just 30 minutes, start-to-finish. It's a hearty meal but it's still good for you, especially when made with chopped turkey meat. It's the perfect go-to meal. You can get the recipe here.

My favorite go to dinner is chicken taco bowl, so easy, delicious and simple. Just put everything in a crockpot and let it cook on low for couple of hours.
Sometimes I'll grab a salad kit or a couple and add my own chicken, cheese, tomatoes, beans, etc., to make it more robust. Most of the times, I add more greens, as I find these kits rather skimpy on the lettuce.
Yummy
Tacos!
I love to throw a meat and veggie or potato on the grill for a quick supper. Weekend meals might be bratwurst or hotdogs over a fire. We warm chili or beans in a pot over the fire and eat them in mugs to have that camping feel.
I use my crockpot a couple of times a week. One of our favorites is crockpot honey garlic chicken!
Homemade lasagna is my kid's favorite meal so it gets served quite a bit in our house. Thank you!
