    I work in a BUSY elementary school cafeteria and I am sore EVERY DAY.. not just in the winter.. but I also run 5k?s every month and between work and winter runs I get stiff and sore!!

    In the winter here in Wisconsin, there is an awful lot of snow shoveling! This would be a wonderful way to warm up and tackle sore muscles at the same time!
