Summer is upon us, relaxation is in the air, and so is the sweet smell of new fashion trends.
There are SO many amazing trends that have appeared this season but three, in particular, are going to make the biggest impact right now. They are both accessible and versatile. We hope they will spark some inspiration for you to try.

Ruffles and frills were huge for many designers at New York Fashion Week this year, including Michael Kors, J.Crew, and Mulberry. The trend was used across many pieces, from asymmetrical dresses, one shoulder tops, and over exaggerated jackets. This is the perfect look to rock because of its versatility. Toss a ruffled top over your favorite ripped jeans, pair ruffles with statement shoes, or strut a plain dress to let it speak for itself!
Get ready to put on some shades for this next trend because it is blindingly bright! Yes that’s right; 80’s neon shades are back and brighter than ever. These vibrant and bold colors are sweeping the streets this summer. The most eye-catching and flattering color this season is pink, which warms up every skin tone. According to Fashionisers, other shades you can expect to see include sweet lilac, primrose yellow, flame-red orange, and lapis blue.
Last but not least is the simplest and most accessible trend of the season. Whether you like it classic, as Altuzarra has shown with their nautically inspired runway looks, a 70’s throwback like Miu Miu's designs, or an edgier vibe from Roberto Cavalli, there is a look for anyone. This trend allows you to mix and match different patterns and colors to easily transition your day wear to a night look with some minor accessory changes.
There’s an unlimited amount of options and looks to try this season, so don’t be afraid to get creative with your wardrobe. You can copy these chic and effortless looks for much less too. Many stores, including Zara, Target, and Forever 21, are carrying these hot trends right now. So which new look will you rock this season?

I'm thrilled that the maxi dress is back in style, dress it up or down for adventures around town
Probably denim capris and cotton tank tops. I'd like to look cute, but I put all of my effort into making my three kids look like they didn't swim in a bowl of spaghetti.
bright colored heels
Right now I'm loving the bare shoulder or off the shoulder look.
I kinda like the cold shoulder trend, as this is a part of the body that is pretty much universally flattering to show off.
My favorite is the ruffled menswear and a pop of color. I love wearing all the colors in the crayon box. Menswear is a great accessory when you want to be cute.
I love the bold stripes and the bare shoulder look.
I am 68 years old and thought my ruffled days were behind me, but I found a lovely georgette print sleeveless top in a navy and white print that is just layers of ruffles, and it looks lovely on me! It goes so well with a navy hankie skirt for dressy, as well as capris and pants for casual, also. It shows you that sometimes you have to keep an open mind!
Anything cold shoulder
Peter pan collars!
also love the statement stripes! =)
i love statement earrings!
Pops of color for me right now!
no show socks and ripped jean leggings
I like the bell sleeves.
