In grade school you would come home on Valentine's Day with cards, crafts and heart-shaped treats. Why should kids have all the fun? Shouldn't we get our own box of conversation hearts and revel in all things red and pink on February 14th too? The SheSpeaks team most definitely think so. Here's our four favorite pins to create the Valentine's Day soiree of our inner child's dreams.
We'd love to be friends on Pinterest, why don't you...

MAKES ME hungry!! @CHRISTI26042636
I plan to spend valentine's day with my honey bunny . We will cook special dinner together. Maybe watch some movies. So many think valentine's day is about flowers, gifts. But my favorite gift of all is sweet things he does for me! I am a lucky girl
We don't usually get to celebrate Valentine's day because my husband is usually gone all day. This year he will be home!! We are probably going to bring our daughters out to eat and to a movie then end the night with snuggles on the couch!!
I plan on going to dinner and hopefully a movie with my hubby. As we are not only celebrating Valentine's Day, but our 14 yr together anniversary and our 7 yr wedding anniversary.
I have to work. Would love some chocolate while working at the hospital. I tweeted also @carol32608
I'm hoping fo a nice quiet meal and maybe a movie just me and the hubs for once lol and of course desserts!
We are staying home and cooking dinner together
Our Valentine's Day this year will include a day of skiing for the whole family. Each of us will be able to enjoy the day (including our dog - he'll be enjoying a day of fun with other furry friends). My daughter wants a heart shaped pizza and a chocolate cake. I definitely can identify with that!
I'm single so I plan on spending Valentine's Day with my children!
Just relaxing in a clean, freshly made bed. My hubby works a lot of hours & with Valentine's Day falling on a Sunday, it's his only day off. I may go to an early morning service & probably order pizza for dinner.
This year for Valentine's day I'm all about turning off the cell phone and slipping into a comfortable pajama set and watching classic love films with my bff.
I will g out to dinner with hubby!
I plan to spend my Valentine's Day with my family this year. Thank you
I am planning to surprise my daughters with valentine chocolates and small gifts laid out on a pretty heart-themed breakfast table. Valentine's Day falls on a Sunday this year which is always "donut day" at my house so I'm totally stealing the Cupid's Bow Donut Hole idea above and running with it! --Thanks for the cute idea!
