I always wanted a FitBit.....I think it would be very motivating for me. I also would love to see how much I sleep at night. I bet that it is not much!
I do a lot of walking
Truthfully, exercise isn't my favorite. But I don't mind walking, doing things with my family, or playing Just Dance.
I like to switch it up, but most often I lift weights and do cardio on treadmill and elliptical.
Yoga is my favorite way to exercise. Its great for stretching and toning plus you can do it anywhere, at home, at work, on the train (some poses),.
I am trying to lose weight and get healthier in my golden years, so to speak. If I don't do it now, it will only get harder to do, so since July I have been going three times a week to the gym and trying to eat better. I have lost 25 pounds slowly and hope to continue. Winning the Fitbit would sure help inspire me to reach my goals.
I've recently started doing Barre classes, LOVE!
My favorite exercise is either walking or swimming. I'm thinking about giving kickboxing a try this new year.
What is your favorite way to exercise? Walking! It's good for the muscles and the brain.
Dancing is my favorite. Helps with flexibility, strength, coordination, and it's fun!
I'm a walker. My dog and I walk for at least an hour every morning regardless of the weather here in Southern New England. It's a great way to start the day and gives me a chance to take in the seasonal changes.
