I like to really mix it up. Some days I go to a cross-fit style gym with trainers to "hold your hand". Some days, I prefer to stay at home and pop in my 21-Day Fix Beach Body DVD's. And other days, I settle for a walk/jog outdoors in my neighborhood.

my favorite way to exercise is in my home gym by using the treadmill then a weight machine. I also have severe arthritis so I also do strengthing exercises given to my by physical therapy
