See the dentist twice a year. Brush and floss daily. Also use a tongue and cheek scraper, and lets not forget the mouthwash! Avoid strong acidic foods if I can, avoid sugary, gooyey goodies, and remember to wait at least thirty minutes after eating before brushing and flossing my teeth to avoid damage to the enamel of the teeth.
