I floss and brush twice a day and see my dental hygienist every six months.

I love the way my teeth feel so smooth and clean after a dentist visit. They say an electric toothbrush gives you that same feeling between dental visits. I make sure to brush daily and floss. I am very protective of my tooth enamel and I brush gently to keep my gums from receding. I rinse with water after acidic foods.

I used bakeing soda and hydrogen peroxide to keep my teeth white and I always brush after a meal. Happy holidays hope to put this under the tree.

Floss and brush at least 3 times daily and I keep a 6 month dental appt at the beginning of December to have my teeth checked and cleaned.
