I use white strips, but during the holiday season, I use a bit of baking soda with my toothpaste, to clean off all that extra coffee I've been drinking in this cold weather!

I tend to drink more caffeinated beverages, during the holiday season. I am adamant about brushing, after I am done consuming my morning beverage. My dental cleanings tend to be around the holiday time, so that helps. I was advised to be sure and take the time to floss. It gets more oxygen circulating in the gumline area to keep our smile in tip-top shape!
