Got locked out of my car. My battery in my e-key was dead. I had left my hard key, cell phone, and wallet in the center console while I ran a 5k. That was not a great moment to need a battery!
smoke alarm beeping, time for a battery change...alas, none in the house!
My wireless mouse always has dead batteries :-(
Smoke detectors! When living in an apartment the smoke detector kept going off because the batteries had not been changed. Took a minute to figure out where the beeping was coming from.
We have renters upstairs and no electricity in the hallways (it's an old house), so I bought some really cool battery operated branch lookin' wall hanging lights. Needless to say, they burn through the batteries, so I am always in need of more. This would be great to win. Thank you for the chance!

As the cold winter weather grips our area, I know I will need batteries to keep my radio and flashlights handy to give me comfort during possible energy outage until the lights come on once again. During the holidays, I try to include batteries in any items, especially toys, so everyone can play when they open their gifts.
