I suffer from depression and anxiety and through the love of family I was able to get help and relieve my frustrations. Once I was able to get help I felt like myself again.
Everyday I struggle with OCD, but everyday I get up, go to work, and persevere. It feels so relieving when I come home and feel that my day has gone "normally."
I am in the process of overcoming depression, I have lost many people in my life over the past few years and It brought me down a lot. I am working everyday to be able to stay strong and live on and be happy.
I decided I was tired of limiting myself and decided to just go for it!

I managed to put myself through nursing school while raising kids and working full time I got my bachelors degree at age 32 & love being a nurse
I learned that family bullies count on your silence and their inability to have love for you, is their problem. I also learned that at times nurturing yourself means also standing up for yourself and finding a path somehow away from the negative emotions. I am working on it, so can't really say overcame it except for helping others with that.
I overcame extremely low self esteem that led to everything from eating disorders to severe depresssion. I now have found the love of my life and everyday I get a little bit better.
My reality =everyday Im alive = a gift!
